We are proud to offer new homes that have earned the ENERGY STAR® label.
ENERGY STAR qualified new homes are substantially more energy efficient than homes built to the minimum code requirements. Our ENERGY STAR qualified new homes are independently verified by a third-party Home Energy Rater to ensure they meet ENERGY STAR energy efficiency guidelines. These homes are better for the environment and better for you.
We strive for quality in the materials we use and the services we provide to differentiate ourselves from other builders. We purposely take on only a handful of projects at a time so as not to jeopardize our 100% customer satisfaction rating with quality.
Our experience and quest for knowledge on behalf of our clients will allow us to constantly improve our homes as more and more proven technology comes to the United States. We constantly research, test and implement new products in our semi-custom homes. This practice will lead us to our goal of building zero energy usage homes.
